This guide is not tailored to a specific person but aimed at showing you how simple, effective and damn tasty eating a plant-based diet can be. Gone are the days of just eating broccoli and hummus, not there is so much more variety to be had. The guide can be used by omnivores, herbivores and anyone in between.
